EUROINVENT <strong>2012</strong><br />

The invention includes individual buildings, with a wood loadbearing<br />

structure, and an execution that implicated only one<br />

basic type of prefabricated element, with the same transversal<br />

cross-section, but of different lengths. After the prefabricated<br />

elements have been realized, they must be mounted on site to<br />

create the framing system, according to the project. The<br />

structural foundation is made of reinforced concrete. After being<br />

mounted and placed on the spot, the created load-bearing<br />

structure permits the walls and floors classical applications.<br />

The invention consists in an execution procedure of a loadbearing<br />

wood structure for individual buildings of maximum<br />

three floors, using exclusively one type of structural<br />

prefabricated element, done in the factory and mounted on site,<br />

on an already built foundation.<br />

The invention strongest points are its wide and easy applicability.<br />

Its purpose is to build a load-bearing frame structure made of<br />

wood, at a minimum work effort, greatly adding to work<br />

productivity, and quality of structure. In addition, this type of<br />

system reduces the needed qualification degree of the workers,<br />

materials costs, and execution costs per unit surface.<br />

The problem that the invention solves is creating a prefabricated<br />

wood structure made of one single element type, executed in the<br />

factory, therefore adding quality to the final product, due to the<br />

highly restrictive quality control. In addition, the modular design<br />

ensures the execution on site of load-bearing column, beams and<br />

girders with a minimum effort.<br />

inside the formwork from the factory, thus eliminating the<br />
