Hampshire. Motion <strong>of</strong> petitioner for leave to proceed in forma pauperis<br />

denied, and petition for writ <strong>of</strong> certiorari to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Supreme</strong> <strong>Court</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
