in the judgment. Opinion by Justice Kennedy, concurring in part
and dissenting in part. Dissenting opinion by Justice Scalia, with whom

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. On writ of certiorari to
the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Judgment

No. 07–208. Indiana, Petitioner v. Ahmad Edwards. On writ of certiorari
to Supreme Court of Indiana. Judgment vacated, and case remanded
to the Supreme Court of Indiana for further proceedings not
inconsistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion by Justice Breyer.

Atomic Power Laboratory, aka KAPL, Inc., et al. On writ of certiorari

vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit for further proceedings consistent with

No. 06–939. Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America,
et al., Petitioners v. Edmund G. Brown, Jr., Attorney General of California,
et al. On writ of certiorari to United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit. The Court of Appeals’ judgment reversing the
summary judgment entered for the Chamber of Commerce is reversed,
and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for
