No. 134, Original. State of New Jersey, Plaintiff v. State of Delaware.
On Exceptions to the Report of the Special Master and on Bill
of Complaint. Delaware’s authority to deny permission for the Crown
Landing terminal is confirmed, New Jersey’s exceptions are overruled,
and the decree proposed by the Special Master is entered with modifications
consistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion by Justice
Ginsburg. Opinion by Justice Stevens, concurring in part and dissenting
in part. Dissenting opinion by Justice Scalia, with whom Justice
Alito joins. Justice Breyer took no part in the consideration or decision
