Appeal—Summary Disposition
No. 07–953. Citizens United, Appellant v. Federal Election Commission.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of
Columbia. Appeal dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Justice Breyer
would affirm the judgment.
Certiorari—Summary Dispositions
No. 07–9256. Carla Erica Gonzales Sanchez, Petitioner v. United
States. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed
in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment
vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Tenth Circuit for further consideration in light of Gall v.
United States, 552 U. S. ––– (2007).
No. 07–9289. Jonathan Carnell Williams, Petitioner v. United States.
On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fourth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed
in forma pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment
vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fourth Circuit for further consideration in light of Gall
v. United States, 552 U. S. ––– (2007).
