Game Days
Duplicate Bridge
Join Yvonne Keller on Tuesdays from noon to 3:30
pm. Participants must know how to play bridge. Play
is for fun and prizes; no master points earned. Partners
welcome. Singles: call Yvonne at 303-422-2117.
Fee: $3.50 (pay at time of play)
Party Bridge
Play for fun the second and fourth Tuesday of each
month from 1 to 4 pm. Partners rotate after each game.
Register the Friday before each party. Please notify
the center if you cannot attend. Fee: $3.50 (payable at
registration). Includes game, prizes and dessert. Facilitated
by Jane Crawford and Jane Farson.

DROP-IN GAMES AND ACTIVITIES
Gather with other players in the lobby and snack bar
to play one of the following games, or bring a partner
and play the game of your choice. Mon.-Thu. 8:15-5
pm, Fri. 8:15-4 pm. Daily Fee: $1.
Cribbage
Spend a fun afternoon with this group on the first and
third Monday of each month at 1 pm. Beginners welcome!
Daily fee: $1.
Pinochle
Beginners welcome! Learn to play or refresh your
knowledge of the game. We play double-deck pinochle
Tuesdays from 1 to 4 pm. Daily Fee: $1.
Mahjongg
You can learn this exciting game, in only one session!
If you already know how to play, come on by.
This version does not require a mahjongg card. If you
have a mahjongg set, please bring it. The group meets
Wednesdays and Fridays, 1-4 pm. Daily fee: $1
Poker
Name your game with this fun group that plays every
Thursday from noon to 3 pm in the snack bar. Daily
fee: $1.
Wii Bowling
Free Wii bowling is available on request most Friday
mornings from 9 am- noon in the Center’s lobby.
Billiards • Ages 50+
Join the fun! All players must be age 50+ or be accompanied
by someone who is. Billiard hours are
Monday-Thursday, 8:15 am-7 pm, and Fridays, 8:15
am- 4 pm. Daily fee: $1 or scan SilverSneakers card.
Bingo
Free Bingo fun! Come at 1 pm on Fridays, Aug. 31,
Sept. 28, Oct. 26, Nov. 30, Dec. 28, Jan. 25, Feb. 22
and Mar. 29 to play a variety of Bingo patterns and
win fun prizes. Sponsored by Arvada Sterling House
and Arvada Meridian.
Drop-In Book Club
We are looking for new members. Call the center, 303-

Library and Puzzles
The Center hosts a casual library with thousands of
selections. Come and browse the shelves; new selections
arrive weekly. Books and jigsaw puzzles may be
borrowed and returned on the honor system.
Listening Library
Check out books on tape and CD from the “Edwin T.
Leaf Listening Library” for great listening in the car
or at home. Selections include fiction, mystery, humor,
biography, westerns and more. Stop by the front counter
and take a look at the list. The Listening Library
was recently updated with new selections.
