Property, nor any claim that by entering into this Permit, HUGHES and/or SELDEN has
abandoned any of their rights to the affected portions of the Property.
10. This Permit shall be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns. No agreement shall
be effective to add to, change, modify or waive or discharge this Permit in whole or in part,
unless such agreement is in writing and signed by the parties, their successors and assigns. This
Permit may be executed in multiple original counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an
original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
11. Nothing contained in this Permit shall create or be construed to create any relationship between
the parties except that of licensor and licensee.
12. This Permit, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto, shall be construed and enforced
in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of laws
principles.

one to me.
