(ii) In addition to her interest in the aforsaid shareholding, Mdm. Tan is also a registered and beneficial owner of
222,520 shares in the Company.
COMPLIANCE WITH RULE 723 OF THE LISTING MANUAL
The percentage of shareholding held in the hands of the public as at 20 March 2009 was 35.91%. Thus, the Company
has complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Securities Trading Limited, which requires that at least
10% of the equity securities (excluding preference shares and convertible equity securities) of a listed company in a
class that is at all times held by the public.
