7) Hold an event to celebrate International Women's Day on 8 March 2013 to raise awareness of gender equality issues.<br />

8) Continue to develop the <strong>Harvey</strong> <strong>Norman</strong> Foundations Program.<br />

9) Undertake a pay equity audit for the year ending 30 June 2013 and analyse data to assess whether a gender pay<br />

gap exists in the company.<br />

10) Continue to develop the Learning Management System which assists managers to identify skill gaps of employees<br />

and monitors whether compulsory online sexual harassment training has been completed by employees, to eliminate<br />

sexual harassment in the workplace.<br />

11) Continue to develop systems to enable regular <strong>report</strong>ing and assessment of progress towards the adopted gender<br />

diversity objectives.<br />

12) Wherever possible include:<br />

a. at least one female on a short list of applicants for all senior management roles; and<br />

b. at least one woman in the selection panel for all senior management roles.<br />
