Introduction to Source Integrity Extensions
automatically checks out the selected files, or if a dialog box is
displayed for each file, allowing you to check out old revisions.
Run Source Integrity
If you require functionality not available through the Source
Integrity extensions, open the Source Integrity application with
the Source Integrity project associated with your current IDE
project already loaded.
Context-sensitive Help
Get Help for individual controls and fields within each dialog
box. You can also choose to view useful hints as your mouse
pointer passes over dialog box fields and functions.
The Source Integrity Project Window gives you control over the
Source Integrity Project associated with your current IDE project,
from within the IDE. Operations on the Source Integrity project and
its members are synchronized between the Source Integrity project
window and the IDE, allowing you to focus on the Source Integrity
project without losing touch with the related IDE project. The tool bar
provides quick access to the most commonly used functions in the
Source Integrity project window.
If you want to hide the toolbar while you work on your IDE project,
de-select Toolbar in the View menu. Simply select Show Toolbar to
display the toolbar once again.
The project window contains a list of members in the sandbox or
project, with fields you can easily sort. Source Integrity subprojects
are now supported within the extensions, allowing you to treat a
Source Integrity project as a member of the current project.
