Submitting Issues The issue appears in the Relationships list. 4. Repeat for all issues you want to associate with the issue you are submitting. Removing a Related Issue To remove a related issue in the graphic user interface: 1. With the Submit New dialog box open, click the Relationships tab. The Relationships panel appears. 2.
