The Source Integrity Web Interface
Proxy settings for the Source Integrity Web Interface specify how it
communicates with the Integrity server using your browser.
Note Changing your proxy settings can interrupt communication
between the Source Integrity Web Interface and the Integrity server.
Please contract your web administrator before changing your proxy
settings.
To set the proxy servers for the Source Integrity Web Interface:
1. Choose Configuration > Configuration.
The Configuration Guide page appears.
2. Click Set the proxy servers. Your current proxy setting is
displayed beside this link.
The Set Proxies page appears.
3. Set the following proxy server options:
Use Proxy Server. Select this checkbox if you are using a
proxy server to access the Integrity server. This is not the
same as an autoproxy. If you are using an autoproxy, you
need to set a manual proxy on this page.
Fully compliant to HTTP 1.0. The method of communication
between the Source Integrity Web Interface and the Integrity
server depends upon whether your proxy is fully compliant
to HTTP 1.0 protocol. If it is, then select this checkbox.
Selecting Use Proxy Server automatically selects this option.
HTTP Proxy and Port. Enter the address of your proxy server
(for example, proxy.mks.com) and the port it uses (for
example, 4040). The address does not require the http://
prefix.
Security Proxy and Port. If you use a secure proxy server,
enter the address (for example, proxys.mks.com) and the
port it uses (for example, 200). The address does not require
the https:// prefix.
Exceptions. A list, separated by commas or semi-colons, of
sites accessed without using the proxy. You can use the
asterisk (*) character to identify a group of sites (for example,
local.*:*).
4. When you are finished, click OK to accept these settings, or
Cancel to cancel them.
