Submitting Issues 3. Click the file name from the Attachments list. The attachment opens in a new browser window. Saving an Attachment You can save attachments to your local drive for later viewing. To save an attachment in the graphic user interface: 1. With the Submit New dialog box open, click the Attachments tab. The Attachments panel appears. 2. Select the attachment from the Attachments list. 3. Click . The Save Attachments dialog box appears. 4. Browse to the location on your local drive where you want to save the attachment. 5.
