problems are with the different workers and the<br />

member expertise of our groups. And set<br />

priorities and in setting up these work groups,<br />

we’re using—we’re asking volunteers to work on<br />

it’s work groups.<br />

And in order--sometimes you have many more<br />

volunteers than we can accommodate, these work<br />

groups are just having their first <strong>meeting</strong>s<br />

now. And so when we have more volunteers than<br />

we can accommadate, we have a category called<br />

“corresponding members”. So, corresponding<br />

members in order to keep the work group small<br />

enough to be able to work together, the<br />

corresponding members will be kept in<strong>for</strong>med<br />

through e-mail of what’s happening in the<br />

sector counsels. And they will be asked to<br />

provide input on issues that are being<br />

discussed in the counsels.<br />

So, you have the counsels and then you<br />

have another ring of participants who will be<br />

very closely involved with the counsel work,
