industrial hygienists able to analyze the<br />
process and knowledge of developing good<br />
strategies of sampling and evaluation of<br />
qualitative and quantitative in the health area<br />
of occupational health <strong>for</strong> the effective<br />
protection of our workers. We have been<br />
noticing that the university curriculum are<br />
graduating students that go to the field to<br />
jobs of industrial engineers and they really do<br />
not have the knowledge that is required to be<br />
able to execute this profession.<br />
We should be giving them the necessary<br />
tools so that these professionals of industrial<br />
engineering can execute these strategies in an<br />
effective manner. In a manner that they avoid<br />
their employers and monetary penalties be<br />
imposed. And not only that, but that they also<br />
be the effective <strong>for</strong>m so they can protect those<br />
workers. In the case, you all know <strong>for</strong><br />
example, I worked with <strong>Puerto</strong> <strong>Rico</strong> OSHA, what<br />
is now known as <strong>Puerto</strong> <strong>Rico</strong> OSHA since it was<br />
