For Each Assessment Administrator:
STEP 1: Review Your Assessment Materials
One Class Roster Sheet per class (per Test ID)
One “Do Not Disturb” sign for the assessment room door (furnished by the educator)
Extra #2 pencils with erasers
One watch, stopwatch, or clock
One Teacher Guide per Assessment Administrator
For Each Student:
One pre-coded answer sheet or blank answer sheet
One assessment booklet
One #2 pencil with an eraser
One protractor for students taking the Mathematics Grade 4 Spring Benchmark Assessment
One calculator for students taking the Mathematics Grade 7 Spring Benchmark Assessment or the Mathematics
Grade 8 Spring Benchmark Assessment
CALCULATOR POLICY
Spring Benchmark Assessment:
Calculators may NOT be used on the Spring Benchmark Assessment except by students taking the Mathematics Grade 7
Spring Benchmark Assessment or the Mathematics Grade 8 Spring Benchmark Assessment.
CLASS ROSTER SHEET
The Class Roster Sheet can be found inside the shrink-wrapped package of pre-coded answer sheets. The Class Roster
Sheet should be used as a packing list for the materials that are received, as well as for documenting the number of
answer sheets that are returned to CTB/McGraw-Hill for scoring.
