SCORING AND ENTERING RESPONSES<br />
To score and enter students’ constructed-response and fill-in-the-blank items into Acuity, please follow the<br />
instructions below.<br />
Log in to Acuity<br />
1. Please go to:<br />
http://intranet.nycboe.net/Accountability/<strong>Assessment</strong>/Periodic<strong>Assessment</strong>s/Acuity.htm<br />
Click the appropriate access link from the two options below:<br />
Log into the Acuity reporting site from a DOE computer<br />
Log into the Acuity reporting site from home<br />
All educators can access the system using the following credentials:<br />
Your username is the same as your DOE Outlook username.<br />
Your password is the last 6 digits of your file number.<br />
2. Click Tests on the Main Menu.<br />
3. Click Scoring and Scan Processing.<br />
4. Click Manually Score Items.<br />
