Sphaerophorus), Cladonia by Stenroos (various pubs.), Lecanora by Lumbsch (various papers),
Pertusaria by Archer & Elix (various papers), pannarioids by Jorgensen & Sipman (various
papers), and Usnea by Stevens (1999), Anthracothecium, Arthopyrenia and Pyrenula by Aptroot
