§ 58.13 <strong>ORLANDO</strong> <strong>CITY</strong>. Cons § 58.13<br />

optometrists, dentists or any such profession the practice of which is<br />

lawful in the State of Florida.<br />

(12) Clulb. Buildings and facilities owned and operated by a'<br />

corporation or association of persons for social or recreational purposes,<br />

but not operated primarily for profit or to. render a service<br />

which is customarily carried on as a business.<br />

(13) Decibel. A decibel is a unit of measurement of the intensity<br />

(loudness) of sound. Sound level meters which are employed to<br />

measure the intensity of sound are calibrated in decibels.<br />

(14) Dormitories. A room, apartment or building containing<br />

sleeping accomodations which facility is operated for the use of<br />

students enrolled in the sponsoring educational institution.<br />

(15) Dsoellinq. A building or portion thereof, but not an automobile<br />

house trailer, designed or used exclusively for residential<br />

occupancy but not including hotels, lodginghouses or motels.<br />

. (16) Dwelling, one family. A building designed for or occupied<br />

exclusively by one family.<br />

(17) Dsuellinq, two fa7uily. A building designed for or occupied<br />

. exclusively by two families.<br />

(18) Dwelling, multiple. A building designed for or occupied<br />

exclusively by three or more families .<br />

. (19) Family. An individual or two or more persons related by<br />

blood or marriage, or a group of not more than five persons who<br />

need not be related by blood or marriage, living together as a single<br />

housekeeping unit in a dwelling.<br />

(20) Filling station. See Service station.<br />

(21) Garage apartment. An accessory building with storage capacity<br />

for not less than two automobiles, the second floor of which<br />

is designed as a residence for not more than one family.<br />

(22) Garage, private. An accessory building or a portion of the<br />

principal building, used for the storage of automobiles of the occupants<br />

of the principal building. A carport is a private garage.<br />

(23) Garage, public. A building or portion thereof, other than<br />

a private or storage garage, designed or used for the sale, storage,<br />

servicing, repairing, equipping and hiring of motor driven. vehicles.<br />

(24) Garage, storage. A building or portion thereof designed<br />

or used exclusively for the storage or parking of automobiles. Services,<br />

other than storage at such storage garage shall be limited to<br />

refueling, lubrication, washing, waxing and polishing.<br />

(25) Guest cottage. Living quarters within a detached accessory<br />
