Sec. 58.68. Lot coverage.<br />

Article· IX. C-l A Limited Commercial District.<br />
Sec. 58.71. In general.<br />
The C-1 A Limited Commercial District consists of lands abutting<br />
certain principal streets the frontages of which are especially adaptable<br />
to selected low traffic generating uses. Adjoining these lands<br />
are residential districts that would be adversely affected by a greater<br />
diversification of- uses creating serious problems of traffic generation<br />
and movement. The district is designed to promote spaciousness<br />
of land use, (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />
Sec. 58.72. Uses permitted.<br />
Within any C-1 A Limited Commercial District, 110 building,<br />
structure, land or water shall be used except for one or more of<br />
the following uses: .<br />
( 1) Advertising signs relating only to the uses conducted within<br />
the building or on the land.<br />
(2) Apothecary shop (prescription pharmacist).<br />
(3)' Art, antique and gift shop.<br />
( 4) Finance and investment offices.<br />
(5) Beauty salons and barbershops.<br />
