§ 58.59 <strong>ORLANDO</strong> <strong>CITY</strong> Com: § 58.63<br />

of more than two and one-half stories (35 feet), one foot shall be<br />

added for each story above two ..<br />

(c) A rear yard shall be provided for twenty-five feet however<br />

for structures in excess of three stories two feet shall be added to<br />

the rear yard for each story added.<br />

(3) Corner lots: Same as for the R-l AA and R-l A One Family<br />

Sec. 58.59. Lot coverage.<br />

Fifty per cent of the lot area is the maximum which may be<br />

covered by the principal and accessory buildings or structures located<br />

Article VIII. R-4 Multiple Family Dwelling District.<br />

Sec. 58.62. In general.<br />

Although the lands included within the R-4 Multiple Family.<br />

Dwelling District are used predominantly for residential purposes,<br />

single and multiple family dwellings, they are located generally in<br />

areas of transition favorable to the occupancy of and use by certain<br />

types of professional and service uses. (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />

Sec. 58.63. Uses permitted.·<br />

Within the R-4 Multiple Family Dwelling District, no building,<br />

structure, land or water shall be used except for one or more of<br />

the following uses ;<br />

(l) Any use permitted in the R-3 Multiple Family Dwelling District.<br />

(2) Offices for the following agencies, rendering specialized services<br />

not involving retail trades with the general public nor maintenance<br />

of a stock of goods for sale: Real estate, insurance, advertising,<br />

and mortgage finance.<br />

(3) Offices of registered architects, attorneys, accountants and<br />
