§ 58.59 ORLANDO CITY Com: § 58.63

covered by the principal and accessory buildings or structures located

Article VIII. R-4 Multiple Family Dwelling District.
Sec. 58.62. In general.
Although the lands included within the R-4 Multiple Family.
Dwelling District are used predominantly for residential purposes,
single and multiple family dwellings, they are located generally in
areas of transition favorable to the occupancy of and use by certain
types of professional and service uses. (2-4-59, § 1.)
Sec. 58.63. Uses permitted.·
Within the R-4 Multiple Family Dwelling District, no building,
structure, land or water shall be used except for one or more of
the following uses ;
(l) Any use permitted in the R-3 Multiple Family Dwelling District.
(2) Offices for the following agencies, rendering specialized services
not involving retail trades with the general public nor maintenance
of a stock of goods for sale: Real estate, insurance, advertising,
and mortgage finance.
(3) Offices of registered architects, attorneys, accountants and
