Building height regulations in R-l One Family Dwelling District<br />
are same as in the R-l AA and R-l A One Family Dwelling Districts.<br />

In R-l One Family Dwelling District each single family dwelling.<br />
shall be located on a lot or parcel of land having an area of not .less<br />
than six thousand and six hundred square feet and' a width of not<br />
