§ 58.94 <strong>ORLANDO</strong> <strong>CITY</strong> CODE § 58.98<br />

port zoning board with respect to the Airport .Zoning District in<br />

which the building will be located. (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />

Sec. 58.94. Building site area regulations.<br />

In C-3 Wholesale Commercial District, the building site area regulations<br />

are none. (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />

Sec. 58.95. Front, rear and side yard regulations.<br />

Yard regulations in C-3 Wholesale Commercial District:<br />

( 1) Front yard: None required.<br />

(2) Rear yard: There shall be a rear yard of not less than ten<br />

feet, except where a C-3 District abuts a residential or multiple<br />

dwelling district, in which case there shall be a rear yard of not less<br />

than twenty feet.<br />

(3) Side yard: No side yard required except on that side of a<br />

lot abutting upon the side of a lot zoned for residence purposes, in<br />

which case there shall be a side yard of not less than thirty feet. In<br />

all other cases, a side yard, if provided, shall not be less than three<br />

feet. (2-4-59, § 1; 10-21-59, § 1.)<br />

Sec. 58.96. Off street parking regulations.<br />

See Article XV of this chapter as to off street parking regulations<br />

in C-3 Wholesale Commercial District. (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />

Article XIII. C-4 General Commercial-Industrial District.<br />

Sec. 58.97. In general.<br />

The lands of the C-4 General Commercial-Industrial District,<br />

served by railroad facilities and principal thorofares, are currently<br />

used by a ·variety of commercial, storage and industrial operations..<br />

The purpose of this district- is. to permit the normal operation of the<br />

majority of industrial uses under such conditions of operation as<br />

will protect the abutting residential and commercial uses. See Article<br />

XIII of this chapter, Performance Standards. (2-4-59, § 1.)<br />

Sec. 58.98. Uses permitted.<br />

Within any C-4 General Commercial-Industrial District no building,<br />

structure, land or water shall be used except for one or more<br />

of the following uses:<br />

(1) Any use permitted in the C-3 Wholesale Commercial District.<br />

(2) Cement mixing plants.<br />
