Admission Requirements<br />

Those currently employed in the food service<br />

department of a Health Care Facility, who<br />

provide a letter of recommendation from their<br />

supervisor receive priority. *Applicants who do<br />

not currently work in the kitchen of a Health<br />

Care Facility will have a field work requirement<br />

of 60 hours in order to receive the certificate.<br />
