CERTIFICATION PROCESS:<br />

In accordance with the Human Resources<br />

National Certification Process CHRP candidates<br />

must have a university degree. For detailed<br />

information refer to www.hrpa.ca/hrpa or call<br />

1-800-387-1311.<br />

Program graduates (with an overall academic<br />

average of 70% with no individual grade lower<br />

than 65%) fulfill the academic requirements<br />

of HRPA and are eligible to write the National<br />

Knowledge Exam (NKE) and receive the CHRP<br />

(Certified Human Resources Professional)<br />

designation. Please be aware each course<br />

expires 10 years after completion.<br />

Students who have completed the 9<br />

required courses can apply for, and obtain,<br />

the <strong>Mohawk</strong> <strong>College</strong> Human Resources<br />

Certificate. A degree is required only if you<br />

wish to write the National Knowledge Exam.<br />

Introduction to Industrial Relations<br />

Relations Certificate.<br />
