Time frame Child Care Provider Invoice Submission
to CDJFS
Invoice submission is expected to be provided on a monthly basis. It shall be received by the CDJFS no later than the 5 th day of the
following service month.
Time frame for Entering Invoice data into CCIDS
Wayne County will provide payment information through the appropriate means no later than the end of the month our county
received the invoice, provided the invoice is submitted by the deadline noted above.
Process for CDJFS Inaccurate Invoice
Submissions Received from Provider
If our county determines the invoice is not correct we will call the provider or the invoice will be returned for correction.
We will submit the invoice for payment after the corrected invoice is returned and we enter it into CCIDS.
Additional notes (optional)
Type B providers will have their payment by the third Friday of the following service month. Type A providers will have their
payment by the 4 th Friday of the following service month.
