Some non-critical low cost assets may be grouped into a PM Route as shown below in Figures 12 & 13. PM
Routes are useful for grouping common assets with the same frequency of maintenance for a process/area
at a plant or facility, where it is not essential to accurately track the total PM costs in CMMS for the asset.
Example: Asset lubrication runs for an area, or low cost assets like all motors under 15kw for an area etc.
