Summary:
The story of a young Dutch girl, Anneke who returned to South
Africa where she lived as a child and interviewed black and white
youngsters about their future and the struggle. She also meets ANC
president Tambo in Lusaka who explainsthe struggle and the fears
of the whites and a couple of youngsters in Tanzania just arrived
into exile. The stories range from blunt, naive racism from her
former class mates to stories of the struggle from some 'young lions'.

A musical biography of Hugh Masekela, who after a self-imposed
exile of 25 years went back to Africa. Not quite South Africa, but
Gabarone, Botswana, as close by as you can get. Old footage of
South Africa in the fities, concert fargments, and lots of
interviews with (mainly) musicians, in South Africa and America,
with whom he played, and with the man himself.

Summary:
This film is a adaptation of Mtutuzeli Matshoba's short story "A
glimpse of slavery". The film follows the story of a black man ,
imprisoned for striking a white man in self-defence. The convict is
contracted out to a farmer in the Eastern Transvaal, whose
maltreatment culminates in the convict's escape - only to be
confronted by the racism of a white industrialist and apartheid's
belief in the "dompass".
