The request was<br />
explained by <strong>the</strong><br />
applicant by <strong>the</strong> SA,<br />
Delhi Circle. The<br />
Committee after reexamining<br />
<strong>the</strong> ground<br />
situations recommended<br />
that <strong>the</strong> restriction<br />
imposed to restrict <strong>the</strong><br />
floor-wise area while<br />
taking up <strong>the</strong><br />
reconstruction <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
building may be<br />
withdrawn subject to <strong>the</strong><br />
condition that <strong>the</strong><br />
maximum height <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
building to be<br />
constructed shall not be<br />
more than 9.93 m, as
