The Committee<br />
recommended that <strong>the</strong><br />
ASI may grant<br />
permission for<br />
reconstruction at par<br />
with <strong>the</strong> height <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
building existing next to<br />
<strong>the</strong> property i.e. C-82,<br />
Shivalik, New Delhi. It<br />
was recommended by<br />
<strong>the</strong> Committee that SA,<br />
Delhi must first<br />
ascertain <strong>the</strong> exact<br />
height <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
neighbouring building<br />
and intimate <strong>the</strong> facts in<br />
detail to <strong>the</strong> Director<br />
General who may <strong>the</strong>n<br />
grant <strong>the</strong> permission in<br />
consonance with <strong>the</strong><br />
immediate environ.
