Save for KCM and WAC, the profiles of which have already been disclosed in
Section 8.1.2, the profiles of the other substantial shareholders of our Group are as
follows:-
NASB
NASB was incorporated in Malaysia on 30 December 1996 as Rittal (M) Sdn Bhd
under the Act as a private limited company. On 16 July 1999, its company name was
changed to its present name. NASB is principally involved in investment holding.
As at the LPD, the substantial shareholders and their respective shareholdings in
NASB are as follows:

DCSB
DCSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 December 1968 as Dindings Developments
& Finance Sendirian Berhad under the Act as a private limited company. On 23
November 1979, its company name was changed to Dindings Realty Development
Sdn Bhd and subsequently assumed its present name on 25 May 1984. DCSB is
principally involved in investment and property development.
