| 30 | CORE BUSINESS PARCELS & LOGISTICS With leading parcel-processing technology now at our disposal, we are equipped to offer customers a highly efficient and reliable parcels service. In 2004–05, we extended the capacity and capability of our parcels and logistics network through product innovation, acquisitions and closer co-operation with our business partners.
