Outline of the data forms that are used for the
data collection / Survey(s).
Protocols which are applied to ensure a sufficient
level of quality assurance (Calibration, how to
handle data deviations etc).
All the staff members involved in any of the
monitoring steps should be trained before the start of
the relevant monitoring steps. Participations in the
training should be documented.
Preparation of compliance protocols for each
monitoring step is also mandatory. With each
compliance protocol, all the involved entities confirm:
Knowledge of the monitoring implementation
handbook.
Complete application of the relevant data forms.

Correct work according to the procedural
instructions.
In addition, any comments or incidents should be
reported in these compliance documents.
