536 OBLIGATIONS
1237 The court may also, even proprio motu, permit the
arbitration tribunal to amend or complete its decision when:
1. new evidence that could modify the decision is discovered
after the arbitration award, and that evidence could
not have been discovered in time;
2. the arbitration award contains errors resulting from
inadvertance, particularly errors in writing or in
calculation;
3. the arbitration award grants more than was requested;
4. the award fails to adjudicate on part of the application.
1238 No appeal lies from any judgment for homologation or
annulment of an arbitration award.
1239 Once homologated, the arbitration award is executory in
accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure
governing compulsory execution of judgments.
