Contacts change or new ones join the ranks, responsibilities are redistributed. In such cases, it can happen now and then that the question of who is the competent person responsible for customer contact gets lost along the way. For this very reason, KROMI has adapted its sales structure in its branches and offices outside Germany: whereas the question of who is competent for what task has in general been regulated via the headquarters in Hamburg, the employees will in future be actively operating in the region itself in the role of Key Account Managers or Key Area Managers. Within the framework of this new demarcation of competence, the question of responsibility is already clearly determined. At the moment, we are pleased about the successful qualification of Mr. Michael Kowalsky. He has successfully passed his final examination for the qualification as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade and is now enhancing the team in the company HQ in Hamburg.
