– new batch control system and its reconstruction,
– optimization of smelting mode to maximize
utilization of smelting devices,
– replacement of a forming machine in the 723
position,
– modification of cooling devices – increasing
the production speed,
– continuing in a optimization of mold material
to increase the production speed and application
of software FEM for optimization of cooling
of molds,
– implementation of control machines IRIS and
AGR,
– modernization of a pallette-device L 723,
and
– trainings focused on an increase of products
quality.

Environment and investments
In the previous year, the Company concentrated
on providing the documenation related to the
main investments required by public administration
bodies and state agencies.
During this year, two significant investments were
realized – roofed warehouses and a new production
line for processing of purchased cullets.
The deadlines were met for both these investment
plans.
The inspection for roofed warehouses took place
during the year and the warehouses are continuously
being used. The operation and technological
tests are performed on the line for processing
of purchased cullets and completion of documentation
required for the inspection is in progress.
For 2009, VETROPACK NEMŠOVÁ s.r.o. plans
siginificant investment in environmental protection
– to build an electrofilter and a new modern
heating station.
