WHEREAS by section 31 of the Land Act, 1933-
1954, the Governor may by Proclamation and subject
to such conditions as may be expressed therein,
classify as of Class "A" any lands of the Crown
reserved to Her Majesty for any of the purposer
specified in the said section: and whereas it is
deemed expedient that the reserve described in
the schedule hereto should be classified as of
Class "A": Now, therefore I, the Governor, with
the advice of Executive Council, do by this my
Proclamation classify as of Class "A" the reserve
described hereunder.
Schedule.
Reserve No. 24392 (Ashburton, De Witt and Peawah
Districts), containing an area of about 1,090
acres, for the purpose of National Park. (Plans
96/300, 97/300.)

AT a meeting of the Executive Council, held in the
Executive Council Chamber, at Perth, this 13th
day of March, 1956, the following Orders in Council
were authorised to be issued:
Land Act, 1933-1954.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
Corres. No. 2118/97.
WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act, 1933-
1954, it is, inter aiia, made lawful for the Governor
by Order in Council to direct that any land reserved
pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall be
granted in fee simple to any person (as defined
in the said section), subject to the condition that
the person shall not lease or mortgage the whole
or any part of the land without the consent of
the Governor and subject to such other conditions
and limitations as the Governor shall deem necessary
to ensure the land is used for the purpose
for which the land is reserved as aforesaid; and
whereas it is deemed expedient that reserve No.
4051 (Fremantle Lots 966 and 968) should, subject
as aforesaid, be granted in fee simple to The Perth
Diocesan Trustees to be held in trust for the
purpose of a Church: Now, therefore, His Excellency
the Governor, by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
direct that the beforementioned reserve shall be
granted in fee simple to The Perth Diocesan Trustees
to be held in trust for the purpose aforesaid,
subject to the condition that the land shall not
be leased or mortgaged in whole or in part without
the consent of the Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section 33 of the Land Act, 1933-
1954, it is made lawful for the Governor to direct
that any reserve shall vest in and be held by any
municipality, road board, or other person or persons
to be named in the order, in trust for any
of the purposes set forth in section 29 of the
said Act, or for the like or other public purposes
to be specified in such order, and with power of
sub-leasing; and whereas it is deemed expedient
as follows:
Corr. No. 3324/23That reserve No. 18315 should
vest in and be held by the Kwinana Road Board
in trust for the purpose of a Hallsite. The Order
in Council dated 8th July, 1953, is hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 1391/53That Class "A" reserve No.
23911 (Wickepin Lot 193) should vest in and be
held by the Wickepin Road Board in trust for the
purpose of Recreation.
Corr. No. 4092/94, Vol. 2That reserve No. 24409
should vest in and be held by the Municipality of
Albany in trust for the purpose of Recreation.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby direct that the beforementioned
reserves shall vest in and be held by the
abovementioned bodies in trust for the purposes
aforesaid, and subject to the approval in writing
of the Minister for Lands being first obtained, to
lease the whole or any portion of the said reserves
for any term not exceding 21 years from the date
of the lease. (Reserve No. 18315 is also subject
to the lease dated 9th September, 1953.)

is hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 20/24That reserve No. 18532 (Wellard
Lot 33) should vest in and be held by the Kwinana
Road Board in trust for the purpose of Recreation
and Showground. The Order in Council dated 25th
September, 1952, is hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 4437/22That reserve No. 18939 at Mt.
Erin should vest in and be held by Messrs. Raymond
John Forrester, Francis Richard Cooper and. James
David Wilton in trust for the purpose of Memorial
Hall Site and Recreation. The Order in Council
dated 20th October, 1931, is hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 1211/26That reserve No. 19322 should
vest in and be held by the Mandurah Road Board
in trust for the purpose of Camping.
Corr. No. 361/34That reserve No. 21210 should
vest in and be held by the Kwinana Road Board
in trust for the purpose of Children's Playground.
The Order in Council dated 5th November, 1951, is
hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 475/25That reserve No. 21811 should
vest in and be held by the Minister for Water
Supply, Sewerage and Drainage in trust for the
purpose of Water Supply. The Order in Council
dated 10th February, 1956, is hereby superseded.
Corr. No. 3743/46That Class "A" reserve No.
23780 should vest in and be held by the Rockingham
Road Board in trust for the purpose of a National
Park.
Corr. No. 1946/97That reserve No. 24384 should
vest in and be held by the Wyndham Road Board
in trust for the purpose of Road Board Requiremnents.
