And has abolished Item 1408/55, Senior Medical<br />

And has amended the classification and title of<br />

vacant items 1409/55 and 1410/55, Medical Officers,<br />

Grade 1, P-I-6, to Regional School Medical<br />

Officer, P-I-I.<br />

And has also amended the title of Items<br />

1411/55, 1412/55, 1413/55 and 1556/55, Medical<br />

officer, Grade 2, P-I-2/4, occupied by A. R.<br />

Sadlior, M. 3. Lyon, E. M Gibson and G. H. Lowe,<br />

respectively, to Assistant School Medical Officer.<br />

Stipendiary Magistrates Act, 1930-1953, has approved<br />

of the appointment of Thomas Alexander<br />

Draper, Resident Magistrate, to assist the Stipendiary<br />

Magistrate to whom the Local Court at<br />

Fremantle has been assigned under section 5 (3)<br />

of the said Act, as from 5th March, 1956.<br />

HIS Excellency the Governor in Executive Council,<br />

has approved of the appointment of Thomas<br />

Murphy as a Relieving Clerk of Petty Sessions,<br />

Perth, Canning, Claremont and Subiaco Licensing<br />

THE Department has been notified that Trust<br />

Order No. 95591 dated 25th November, 1955, drawn<br />

on the Clerk of Courts Trust Fund for the sum<br />

of 5s. in favour of Bailiff, Derby, has been lost<br />

by the payee. Payment has been stopped and it<br />

is intended to issue a fresh Trust Order in lieu<br />

thereof.<br />

THE Hon. Minister for Justice has approved of the<br />

appointment of Cohn Thomas Messner, of Mount<br />

<strong>Law</strong>ley as a Commissioner for Declarations under<br />

the Declarations and Attestations Act, 1913-1953.<br />

accordance with No. 9 of the Rules of the Board,<br />

that at a meeting of The Barristers Board held on<br />

Friday. the 16th day of March, 1956, duly convened<br />

for the purpose of the election of members, Messrs.<br />
