25 Events subsequent to the balance sheet date
As of February 2, 2004 the group acquired M&J Fibretech A/S,
Denmark. The remaining companies in the Xaloy Group in North
America and Asia were sold effective March 8, 2004. No other
events occurred between the balance sheet date and the date of
this report which could have a significant impact on the consolidated
financial statements for 2003.
