participants attended a luncheon at the he Federal
Reserve Bank of New York and heard Shi Yong, o ong, oong,
deputy consul general of the People’s Republic
of China in New York, discuss cuss U.S.-China U.S trade
relations. Institute participants ipants were we also invited
to tour the Federal Reserve Bank’s Bank’s ks g gold vault.
