Continuing Staff Development<br />
As the human resource of the agency, NAFC employees are constantly provided with avenues<br />
where they can improve their skills <strong>and</strong> widen their knowledge in various aspects of agriculture,<br />
governance, management, information technology <strong>and</strong> others. This is through seminars, trainings<br />
<strong>and</strong> workshops that DA, other partner agencies <strong>and</strong> affiliate organizations hold.<br />
Aside from skills enhancement activities, NAFC employees were also able to attend the Orientation<br />
on the Magna Carta of Women which raised their awareness on the rights, privileges <strong>and</strong><br />
responsibilities of every Filipina.<br />
Through these courses, not only did NAFC employees have the chance to enrich their competence<br />
in delivering quality services to their clientele but also empower them <strong>and</strong> further open up their<br />
minds to different advocacies.<br />
