5.5 Phonebook
5.5.1 Adding Entries
A maximum of 100 entries can be created in the phonebook.
1. In the Utilities menu, press / to select Phonebook and
then press enter .
• Or press the letter key E in the Utilities menu for direct
selection.
2. Press the softkey NEW.
3. Enter appropriate information in the available fields.
• Press / or enter to move between fields.
• Certain fields allow the input of symbols and numbers,
press the softkey SYMBOL or NUMBER respectively to
do so. To input symbols, press / or / to select a
symbol and then press enter . To input number, press the
corresponding number keys on the keyboard. When you
have finished inputting symbols or numbers, press esc .
4. When done, press the softkey SAVE.
• To quit without saving, press the softkey CANCEL.
5.5.2 Viewing Entries
1. In the Utilities menu, press / to select Phonebook and
then press enter .
• Or press the letter key E in the Utilities menu for direct
selection.
2. Press / to select an entry and then press enter to
view.
3. Press / to scroll through the available fields.
4. Press esc to exit.
