5.6 Using the Schedule 5.6.1 Adding Entries A maximum of 100 entries can be created in the schedule. 1. In the Utilities menu, press / to select Schedule and then press enter . • Or press the letter key F in the Utilities menu for direct selection. 2. Press the softkey NEW. 3. Enter appropriate information in the available fields. • Press / or enter to move between fields. • Certain fields allow the input of symbols and numbers, press the softkey SYMBOL or NUMBER respectively to do so. To input symbols, press / or / to select a symbol and then press enter . To input number, press the corresponding number keys on the keyboard. When you have finished inputting symbols or numbers, press esc . 4. When done, press the softkey SAVE. • To quit without saving, press the softkey CANCEL. 5.6.2 Viewing Entries 1. In the Utilities menu, press / to select Schedule and then press enter . • Or press the letter key F in the Utilities menu for direct selection. 2. Press / to select an entry and then press enter to view. 3. Press / to scroll through the available fields. 4. Press esc to exit. 43
5.6.3 Managing the Entries Use the following softkeys which correspond to the F1 to F6 keys on the top row of the keyboard. • DELETE: To delete entries. Press / to select deleting the selected entry or all entries and then press enter . • EDIT: To edit the current entry. • PASSWD: To create a password or change the existing password to prevent unauthorized access. The password can contain at maximum 8 alphabets (case-sensitive). When a password is created, press once and then enter the password again for confirmation. To disable the password, change the existing password as empty. 44
