1 (8-02.) cars tomato sauce<br />

1 c. water<br />

1 small onion, chopped.<br />

'/•• c chopped fresh, parsley<br />

3 Tbsp. .fresh, ten on juice<br />

2-3 Tbsp. light brown sugar<br />

1'bay leaf :<br />

% tsp. celery salt<br />

*A tsp. ground allspice<br />

V* tsp..blaek pepper<br />

Combine ingredients in saucepan,<br />

bring to boil, lower heat <strong>and</strong> simmer<br />

uncovered foe 30 minutes.<br />

1 large head of cabbage (3 to' 4 .lbs.).<br />

2 Ik lean meat, all beef' or I. Ik beef <strong>and</strong>.<br />

lib. pork<br />

1 c white' ike, .cooked<br />

1 large onion, finely chopped.<br />
