Evelyn M. Brown<br />

Evelyn M. BROWN, 81, of 317 Blair Pike, Peru, died at 11:08 p.m. Sunday at Dukes<br />

Memorial Hospital, Peru.<br />

She was born March 26, 1910 in Miami county to Otho C. and Bertha NEWCOMB<br />

BUNNELL. On Oct. 29, 1927 she married Delbert H. BROWN, who died Nov. 25, 1971. She<br />

was retired from Squart D Company, Peru. She was a member of the First Brethren Church.<br />

Surviving are a son, the Rev. George C. BROWN, Tiosa; two grandsons; six greatgradchildren,<br />

and two great-great-grandchildren. Precedig in death were three brothers.<br />

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, Peru, with the<br />

Rev. James L. THOMAS officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends may call<br />

from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday.<br />

Dale E. Warren<br />

Dale Edward WARREN, 61, of 209 E. North St., Argos, died unexpectedly at 4:10 a.m.<br />

today at his home.<br />

He was born April 20, 1930 in Tippecanoe to Russell and Nora HALL WARREN. He<br />

lived his entire life in the Argos ad Tippecanoe communities. On June 25, 1949 in Tippecanoe he<br />

married Gladys I. RUSH, who survives. He was a retired farmer.<br />

Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Carl (Clara) HOLLAR, Argos, and Mrs.<br />

Tim (Jeanette) HORVATH, Plymouth; two sons, Don A. [WARREN], Walkerton, and Raymond<br />

D. [WARREN], Plymouth; eleven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two great grandsons;<br />

his mother, Nora WARREN, Bourbon; three sisters, Mrs. Morris (Kathryn) POOL, Warsaw; Irene<br />

BESSINGER, Bourbon, and Mrs. Robert (Esther) BERGER, Plymouth; three brothers, DeWayne<br />

[WARREN], Lebanon; Welcome [WARREN], Bourbon, and Jesse [WARREN], Coryton, Tenn.,<br />

and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Harry (Flossie) KOTTERMAN, Macy.<br />

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, with the Rev.<br />

Richard P. DEAN officiating. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos. Friends may<br />

call from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday. Memorials may be made to the<br />

Epileptic Foundation or the Argos EMS.<br />

Former Argos resident Neva GROSSMAN, 83, Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth,<br />

died at 8:22 a.m. today at Pilgrim Manor.<br />

Arrangements are pending at Grossman Funeral Home, Argos.
