Advanced Personal Training<br />
(Phase II)<br />
The Phase II Personal Training Certification is<br />
designed to enhance and expand your personal<br />
training knowledge and credentials by helping<br />
you deal effectively with those who have<br />
various disease states and syndromes including:<br />
• Hypertension<br />
• Osteoporosis<br />
• Fibromyalgia<br />
Accepted exercise guidelines will be presented<br />
for the various syndromes as well as tips on how<br />
to best deal with those who have special needs.<br />
Phase I Personal Training is not a pre-requisite<br />
for taking the Phase II Certification. Certification<br />
test will be included during the course.<br />
