The described Paleocene to mid-Eocene<br />

seismic sequences lie under this unconformity,<br />

and their distribution shows the<br />

maximum extent <strong>of</strong> the Paleocene to<br />

mid-Eocene succession. The map also<br />

indicates the distribution <strong>of</strong> seismic facies<br />

representing possible hydrocarbon<br />

reservoirs. Seismic line A–A’ is shown in<br />

Fig. 2.<br />
