Roll backwards from tuck<br />

sit into shoulder stand<br />

(candle stick) supported on<br />

shoulders with toes<br />

pointing vertically. Legs<br />

and hips straight. Roll<br />

forward to stand.<br />

Feet over shoulders<br />

Toes pointed<br />

No push off floor with hands<br />

in standing<br />

Base and middle lie on<br />

back. Top does front<br />

be straight or bent.<br />
