APPENDIX 2 – <strong>SPORTS</strong> <strong>ACROBATICS</strong> JUDGES PATHWAYS<br />
As with all Gymnastic Disciplines, Sports Acrobatic judges have a clearly defined pathway<br />
that they must follow from the most junior to the most senior level. Below is an outline of<br />
this pathway, and what role they have at each level.<br />
Level 1 Judge<br />
Able to Judge Execution only for Levels 1, 2 and 3<br />
Level 2 Judge<br />
Able to judge execution and artistry from level 1 to 6<br />
Able to CJP (Chair of Judges Panel) for levels 1, 2 and 3<br />
Level 3 Judge<br />
Able to Judge Execution and Artistry from level 1 to 10<br />
Able to CJP from level 1 to 6<br />
Able to be a Difficulty Judge from level 4 to 6<br />
FIG Judge<br />
Able to judge Execution and Artistry from Level 1 to 10<br />
Able to CJP from level 1 to 10<br />
Able to be a Difficulty judge from level 4 to 10<br />
Panel selections are the decision of the State or National Judging Co-ordinator, dependent on<br />
the competition.<br />
Selection of CJP/DJ on panels is the decision of the State or National Judging Co-ordinator,<br />
dependent on the competition.<br />
