_______, that upon review and consideration ofall materials and exhibits of
current record relative to Standards Variance Case No. PVAR 2006-044, located at 3635
East Chevy Chase Drive, and after having conducted an appeal hearing on said matter,
that the Board ofZoning Appeals hereby reverses the Zoning Administrator's decision
and DENIES said Standards Variance Case No. PVAR 2006-044, located at 3635 East
Chevy Chase Drive based on the following findings pursuant to Article VI, Chapter
30.16, Title 30, Glendale Municipal Code:
a. The proposed use will/will not be consistent with the various elements and
objectives ofthe general plan in that:
